The room design and decorated is nice clean and comfy I love it so much, it's look so good than I'd expected. There is self checkin but it's so easy and the respond from staff is so quickly

My room is next to the entrance on 2nd floor when somebody get in or out, sound from the door will be so loud but it's not bad I think it can be fixed.

Decoration is beautiful. Location is convenient. Shampoo is good. WiFi is ok.

Staff is nice but I have never seen them, communicated by email only. No clear instructions for check in. The code door lock is not working, I stayed for 5 nights but no one repair it. Not enough plug for power charging in the room. Shower water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Restroom is smelly. No window to permit natural ventilation. The smell of the drainage(?) is overpowered me. The bed for me is too soft.

The design of the room and washing room are nice.

There are 2 rooms' bathroom is outside the room, if you want to use the bathroom, unfortunately, you should put on clothes, and walk through the counter then enter the bathroom, I was not informed in advance. I also had a problem while check-in, the host did not advice me the room number and which floor my room is until I contacted them via Booking. The sound insulation is really really bad, I can clearly hear the conversation while people entering from the front door and I sure they also do. The bad is not stable and noisy, this is the worst part of the hotel.

It was clean with stylish decor. The location was easy walking distance from Hongik Station and quiet. The self check in system works well.

I had reservation trouble (needed 2 bookings on consecutive dates to be in the same room). My messages were mostly ignored which caused lots of hassle. The room had no window which was a surprise as usually this is marked on the booking page. The room was very hot (it felt like the floor heating was on) so I had to have AC on which made my cold from a week before come back. When searching by map, the property shows up on the main road between Hongik and Hapjeong station. This was not correct meaning I wasted a lot of time looking for the place. The address listed with the booking that can be opened in google maps is correct (can’t be opened in kakao maps). The gps coordinates are not correct and show the location on the main road.

Immaculately clean and well cared for room. Interesting and unique decor. Check in was simple and straightforward. Thoughtful accessories such as adapter plugs.

Excellent location perfect for hongdae shopping and food. Super near the subway. Room nicely decorated and felt safe and secure.

Needed more pillows and the towels given were the size of bath mats so not very useful for showering.

아쉬웠던 두 부분 외에는 모두 만족합니다!!

물 온도 조절하는게 조금 힘들었고 방에 창문이 없어서 환기를 못 시는게 조금 아쉬웠습니다!

일단 홍대입구역 1번 출구와 걸어서 10분 정도 걸렸습니다. 가까워서 좋았어요. 그리고 직원이 없어 개인적으로 체크인 체크아웃하면 되는 점 마음에 들었어요. 침대가 푹신했어요.

시설 설명 부분에 공동현관 사용하며 각각 방에 화장실이 따로 있는 형식이라는 것을 정확하게 적어주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 도착해서 보니 그런 형식이더라구요. 방(203호)에 냉장고가 없었습니다. 공동 사용 공간이 있나 싶어서 복도를 돌아다녔는데 공동 사용 공간도 없더라구요. 호스트에게 전화하기를 누르니 없는 번호로 나오구요. 비누가 없었어요. 뭐 대충 바디워시로 손을 씻고 그랬긴 했습니다. 또 세면대 물이 내려가면 수도에서 물이 새더라구요. 차라리 모텔로 갈 걸 싶은 생각이 들었습니다. 진짜 여성들만 쓰는지 확인할 방법이 없을 뿐더러 만약 남자가 들어왔을 때 바로 해결해줄 수 없다는 생각이 들었고, 제가 할 수 있는 건 문을 잠그는 것밖에 없었어요.

체크인때 혼자하니깐 기다릴것도 없고 아주 좋앗어여!

현관문 여는건 괜찮앗는데 다시 나갈때 여는법을 몰라서 ㅋ 그냥 테라스???로 마와버렷어여 최송합니다...

가격대비 만족스러움.
